- Zest of 1 tangerine
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp milk
For the Topping:
- 4-5 fresh tangerines, peeled and segmented
- 100ml (1/2 cup) tangerine juice
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1 tsp gelatin powder
