The last waffle should be dry. Wrap the waffle in cling film, place another board on it and put in the fridge for a few hours, preferably overnight.
Then we melt milk chocolate with a spoon of butter and a spoon of milk in a water bath. We combine the melted chocolate with chopped nuts and spread it on the wafer, in the middle.
We leave a small edge of the wafer, which we cover with white chocolate, melted the same way as the milk chocolate. We leave the wafer to cool.
