Transform ordinary beef chops into a tender, flavor-packed meal with this effortless slow cooker recipe. The combination of ranch seasoning and creamy mushroom soup creates a rich, savory sauce that makes this dish irresistibly comforting.

Slow Cooker Ranch Beef Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 beef chops (bone-in or boneless)

  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)

  • 1/2 cup beef broth

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for browning)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Mashed potatoes, for serving

Directions

  • Optional Browning Step:
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  • Season beef chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
  • Sear chops for 2-3 minutes per side until browned
  • Prepare Slow Cooker:
  • Place browned beef chops in slow cooker
  • Mix ranch seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl
  • Pour sauce mixture over beef chops, coating evenly
  • Slow Cook:
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours
  • Meat should be tender and easily pulled apart with a fork
  • Finish and Serve:
  • Transfer chops to serving plates
  • Spoon creamy sauce over top
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired
  • Serve hot with your choice of sides
