4 beef chops (bone-in or boneless)
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil (for browning)
Fresh parsley, chopped
Mashed potatoes, for serving
Directions
- Optional Browning Step:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Season beef chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
- Sear chops for 2-3 minutes per side until browned
- Prepare Slow Cooker:
