  • 200g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp gelatin powder + 2 tbsp water

For the White Chocolate Mousse:

  • 200g white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp gelatin powder + 2 tbsp water

For Decoration:

  • Chocolate shavings
  • Cocoa powder
  • Fresh berries (optional)
